Full-time, approximately 50 hours per week Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Firehouse Subs locations in Lauderhill and Margate. This is a true management position, not an entry-level supervisory role. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for leading employees, maintaining operational standards, controlling costs, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of restaurant operations and team performance in a fast-paced environment.
