We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at a fast-paced quick-service restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Shift Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support team members, and ensure that our guests receive high-quality service in a friendly and efficient environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Lead, train, and support team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts. Utilize MOMS POS or other point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels. Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick-service or fast-food restaurant environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Prior supervisory or management experience is highly desirable. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
