Manager Hilton Miami Beach is a highly anticipated new-build hotel inside a historic Art Deco building steps from Collins Park, the Miami Beach Convention Center, Collins Avenue, Lincoln Road, and South Beach. With playfully designed guest rooms, three dining outlets — Amador, Savant Rooftop Bar, and Haute Mess Cafe — two rooftop pools, and flexible meeting space, this flagship 289-room property is now building its team ahead of its December 2026 opening.

THE ROLE

The F&B Manager oversees daily operations of an assigned outlet or shift, ensuring guest service standards, staff performance, and financial targets are met across Amador, Savant Rooftop Bar, or Haute Mess Cafe. This is a pre-opening hire — you'll help build this role from the ground up ahead of our December 2026 launch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Oversee daily operations of assigned F&B outlet(s), ensuring consistent service and quality standards.

▪ Supervise, schedule, and coach servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.

▪ Monitor labor cost, guest satisfaction, and outlet performance against targets.

▪ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.

▪ Handle guest concerns and service recovery within the outlet.

▪ Coordinate with Culinary on menu execution, specials, and 86'd items.

▪ Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure staff readiness for service.

▪ Assist with inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination for the outlet.

▪ Assist with hiring and training the opening outlet team.

▪ Support pre-opening service trials and soft-opening readiness for the assigned outlet.

QUALIFICATIONS

▪ High school diploma required; degree in Hospitality Management preferred.

▪ Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant/bar management experience.

▪ Hotel or branded F&B experience preferred.

▪ Strong leadership and guest service skills.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
