We're looking for a Manager who's ready to help lead the store, inspire a team, and deliver legendary guest experiences—one smoothie at a time. What You'll Do (Your Daily Blend): As a Manager you'll partner with the General Manager to keep the store running smoothly (pun intended ) while living and breathing our mission to inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle. Help hire, train, coach, and motivate an all-star team that delivers WOW-level guest experiences Support day-to-day store operations using tools like P&L statements, scheduling systems, inventory management, and daily business reviews Collaborate with the GM to blend operational excellence with fun, high-energy leadership Help roll out local marketing initiatives, community events, and promotions that get guests excited Ensure every smoothie meets brand standards—fresh, fast, and flavorful Monitor KPIs, store performance, and guest feedback to spot opportunities and drive improvement Manage cash handling, deposits, and financial accuracy Be a champion of food safety, cleanliness, and store pride—your store should shine Inspire your team to execute company programs, promotions, and standards with confidence Model our culture, mission, and core values every shift, every blend What You Bring to the
Blender:
High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of experience as a shift lead or supervisor in a restaurant or customer-focused retail environment Open availability with willingness to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed Ability to work the hours required to effectively run and support store operations Comfort using POS systems, basic computer programs, Microsoft Word & Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can talk smoothies, standards, and success with anyone Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and the community ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
