Restaurant Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of
FINA PRIME.
The ideal candidate will assist in managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the management team to uphold company standards and promote a positive dining experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising restaurant staff and ensuring they deliver exceptional service. Help coordinate daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. Support staff training and development to improve performance. Monitor food quality and presentation to meet company standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. Contribute to achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Organizational skills with attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

$62,398.92 - $68,147.09 per year
