Responsibilities:

Manage daily front-of-house restaurant operations Supervise and support staff during shifts Ensure excellent customer service Manage opening and closing procedures Coordinate staff schedules and shift coverage Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization Handle customer concerns professionally Ensure company procedures and standards are followed Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

Previous restaurant management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable, organized, and responsible Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Ability to manage and motivate a team Flexible availability for morning and evening shifts
