is a modern, fast-paced restaurant built around high-quality chicken tenders, sandwiches, and fries. We move fast, we run clean, and we hold a high bar. We're a kosher restaurant — closed on Shabbat and Jewish holidays. We're looking for an experienced manager who's already run a busy American fast-food operation and knows what "great" looks like. This role is for proven QSR managers — please read the requirements before applying. What you'll own Running day and night shifts start to finish — open to close Leading both front-of-house and kitchen teams Holding speed, quality, and accuracy through the peak-hour rush Enforcing cleanliness, organization, and food-safety standards Hiring support, training, and motivating the team Resolving guest issues quickly and professionally Hitting shift targets — labor, waste, speed, and throughput Required (must have) ✅ Proven experience managing an American fast-food / QSR chain (e.g. Chick-fil-A, Raising Cane's, Popeyes, Wingstop, Shake Shack, Chipotle, or similar) — this is a hard requirement Strong leadership presence and clear communication Calm and decisive under pressure in a high-volume environment High reliability and accountability Available for day, night, and weekend shifts Authorized to work in the U.S. What we offer Competitive salary from $70,000/year Performance bonuses for hitting targets Employee meals A professional, supportive team We're growing — the right people grow with us into senior, multi-unit roles as we expand Stable schedule Apply today.
