Full Job Description About You:

As a Bar Manager at Daniel Gabor's, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional beverage and guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and hospitality. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a growing cocktail program, work with premium ingredients, and collaborate with a passionate hospitality team to create memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve expertly crafted cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards. Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service while building genuine guest connections. Guide guests through the beverage menu with recommendations and pairings. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards behind the bar.

Manage and maintain:

inventory using craftable, stock rotation, and maintaining pars for bar ingredients and supplies. Have proficiency in bar ingredient preperation and modern fundamental basic culinary techniques (sous vide, clarification, fat-washing, reductions, super juice, carbonation, etc) Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service. Stay current with cocktail trends, techniques, spirits knowledge, and beverage innovation.

About you:

4 years minimum craft cocktail bartending experience required for consideration. Experience in a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant or cocktail environment. Passion for hospitality, cocktails, spirits, wine, and guest experience. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask with urgency and remain composed during busy service periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency. A team player with a positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic
