Qualifications:
  • Must be able to drive a 30 foot food truck, CDL not required but highly recommended.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • we want team members who can make every guest feel special!
  • A positive attitude and a love for serving up sweet treats!
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic! Previous experience is a plus, but a great attitude and eagerness to learn are what matter most!
  • Must have reliable transportation.
Prep work Is located in Orange Park. Duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, ensuring all areas are sanitized. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives, mixers, and ovens. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management. Support customer service efforts by maintaining a positive attitude and assisting with any special requests. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen environment or food industry is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Familiarity with retail math for inventory management is a plus. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with team members and guests. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with cash registers or sales in a grocery store or restaurant setting is beneficial. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed. A willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing menus is essential.
