Founded by Lovie Yancey, The Last Great Hamburger Stand is known for fresh, never-frozen lean beef cooked in full view, real ice cream shakes, and crispy onion rings. We are bringing that legacy to Orange Park and hiring a General Manager to lead the team and the business. Role summary Own the launch and daily performance of a high-volume restaurant. Build, coach, and lead a team that delivers fast, friendly service and consistent, high-quality food while hitting operational and financial goals. What you will do Lead daily operations across guest service, food quality, speed, cleanliness, and safety Hire, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing team; maintain clear performance standards Manage P&L, budgets, forecasts, inventory, waste, and labor to targets Enforce food safety, health department, OSHA, and company standards Maintain equipment, smallwares, and facility in safe working order; coordinate repairs Create a guest-first culture; resolve escalations quickly and professionally Model brand standards and a team-first, hands-on leadership style What we are looking for 2+ years as a General Manager in high-volume fast-casual or quick-service (including drive-thru); comparable experience and training considered Proven recruiting, training, coaching, and accountability skills Strong business acumen: P&L, forecasting, inventory, labor planning Deep knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations Clear, professional communication; fluency in English (additional languages a plus) Roll-up-your-sleeves leader willing to work stations as needed Energetic, positive presence and passion for hospitality Ability to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidays as needed ServSafe Manager certification preferred Why join Fatburger Comprehensive training: up to 4+ weeks of leadership and management training at our Orange Park location or in Kissimmee, FL Growth path: join a growing brand with real advancement opportunities Community impact: help establish a neighborhood favorite in Orange Park Supportive culture: collaborative, quality-obsessed, guest-focused How to apply Apply on Indeed with your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your GM experience and interest in Fatburger.
