Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:

$55,300 - $74,600 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. • Lead daily floor operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, proactively addressing service issues and resolving guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Scheduling and assigning tasks for service team members, and monitoring shift responsibilities, ensuring actions are in line with company quality, sanitary, and legal standards
• Assist with team member training, monitor their performance, and keep open communication for needed corrections
• Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering and bar inventory
