Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the operations of our modern Asian restaurant, Fortune . The ideal candidate will oversee daily restaurant activities, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive the overall success of the establishment. Duties Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Oversee team training programs to develop staff skills, enhance performance, and promote a positive work environment. Manage POS systems to facilitate accurate order processing, sales tracking, and reporting. Implement and maintain food safety management protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety. Supervise hospitality teams, including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluations. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to maximize profitability. Handle management responsibilities such as inventory control, vendor relations, and maintaining quality standards. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages teamwork and delivers outstanding customer service. Skills Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership. Strong understanding of POS systems and food safety protocols. Excellent team-building and staff training abilities. Analytical skills for profit and loss analysis and operational improvements. Effective communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of modern Asian cuisine is a plus but not mandatory; a passion for Asian culture is beneficial.
