Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality food, maintain exceptional food safety standards, and foster a positive, efficient work environment. Your leadership will drive team performance, manage inventory, and uphold our commitment to excellent customer service in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster a motivated team. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices. Implement and uphold food safety standards in compliance with health regulations and company policies. Utilize POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth shift management and exceptional customer service experiences. Conduct regular staff training on food handling, safety procedures, and operational protocols to maintain high standards across the team. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and cooking. Demonstrated management skills with experience supervising hospitality teams and managing kitchen operations. Familiarity with POS systems including Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and basic math skills. Extensive knowledge of food safety management, inventory control, and food production processes. Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining settings is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills for team training, interviewing, and managerial oversight. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of quality. $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
