Job Description

Responsible for the oversight of all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and optimal performance. Responsible for food, beverage, and labor cost control, store appearance and maintenance, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, ensuring brand standard, development of management and hourly personnel, fostering a positive work environment, maximizing profitability, financial reporting and future planning and promotions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective leadership and direction to restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards at all times.
  • Maintain company standards in purchasing and production, manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain logistics to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
  • Works with Regional Supervisors to achieve budgeted forecasts for restaurant, including food, beverage, labor cost, utilities, etc.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality food and beverage and ensuring quality customer service.
  • Work with Regional Supervisors on implementing objectives.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, driving revenue growth.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.
  • Consistent and effective communication with management team.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in restaurant management with minimum annual sales of $3 million and a track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Sound decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with restaurant POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations, with a commitment to upholding industry standards.
  • Full and open availability required.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Work Schedule
  • Five-day, 50-hour average work week.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
