Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Dining Room Manager to lead our restaurant's front-of-house operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Supervise all aspects of dining room operations, including guest service, staff performance, and cleanliness standards Train, mentor, and develop team members to deliver outstanding hospitality and uphold company policies Manage shift schedules, coordinate staffing levels, and oversee daily workflow to maximize efficiency Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and health standards across the dining area Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive guest relationships to enhance satisfaction Oversee inventory control for dining supplies and assist with ordering to maintain optimal stock levels Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management within a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Demonstrated leadership in supervising hospitality teams with excellent team management skills Expertise in food safety management, inventory control, and food handling procedures Ability to analyze profit and loss statements to support budgeting and cost control efforts Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, staff training, and managerial communication Experience in managing casual dining or fine dining establishments with a focus on customer service excellence Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and sales reconciliation tasks Skilled in managing shift operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and service delivery Join us as a Dining Room Manager to lead with energy and passion!
