Job Description

Twenty Six Degrees Brewing & Kitchen is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in the daily operation of our brewery and kitchen, leading the team, maintaining high operational standards, and creating an exceptional experience for every guest. We are looking for a leader who is comfortable being present on the floor, coaching in the moment, holding team members accountable, and ensuring that company standards are consistently followed. The right candidate understands that great hospitality requires both a positive culture and clear expectations. Experience working with craft beer or in a brewery environment is a plus, but not required . We are happy to develop the right hospitality leader who has an interest in learning more about craft beer and our products. Duties & Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant, bar, and taproom operations while maintaining a strong presence on the floor Lead, motivate, coach, and develop team members to consistently deliver outstanding hospitality Hold employees accountable to company policies, procedures, service expectations, and performance standards Maintain consistent standards for food quality, beverage service, cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience Manage opening, closing, and shift operations and ensure all required procedures are completed accurately Proactively identify and resolve operational issues before they negatively impact the guest experience Handle guest concerns professionally and use appropriate service recovery when necessary Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching and training Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members Monitor staffing and labor throughout each shift and make appropriate adjustments based on business levels Maintain proper cash-handling procedures, cash reconciliation, and other financial controls Assist with inventory management, ordering, receiving, and product controls Monitor food and beverage costs, labor costs, sales performance, and other key operating metrics Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and health department requirements Work closely with kitchen leadership to maintain food quality, ticket times, consistency, and proper execution Support live entertainment, special events, large parties, and other programming within the venue Build a culture of teamwork, communication, accountability, and hospitality Requirements Previous restaurant, bar, brewery, or hospitality management experience Full-service restaurant management experience strongly preferred Proven ability to lead teams and manage high-volume operations Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and hold employees accountable Ability to maintain standards consistently, even during high-volume periods Strong understanding of guest service and hospitality Experience with POS systems; Toast POS experience is a plus Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, labor management, and cost controls Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service requirements Ability to read and understand basic restaurant financial reports and operating results Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Craft beer knowledge or previous brewery experience is a plus, but not required Experience with private events, entertainment, or high-volume bar operations is also a plus What We're Looking For We want a manager who leads from the floor, sets clear expectations, and follows through. Someone who can recognize when standards are slipping and address the issue professionally rather than allowing poor habits to become the norm. Our managers are expected to support their teams while also maintaining accountability. The goal is to create an environment where employees know what is expected of them, guests receive a consistently great experience, and the operation runs efficiently.
