What You'll Do:
Lead all bar operations across a high-volume concept Drive beverage sales through promotions and upselling Manage inventory, control costs, and boost profitability Hire, train, and coach a high-performing bar team Ensure top-tier service, quality, and compliance
What You Bring:
2-5 years of bar or restaurant management experience Valid driver's license Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine Proven leadership and team-building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
