Job Description

Overview We are a fast-growing, high-volume seafood restaurant with a strong focus on premium fresh, locally sourced seafood. We are seeking a results-driven and experienced General Manager to lead our team in achieving operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences, and sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience from upscale dining or seafood-centric hospitality environments. This role demands a hands-on, strategic leader with a passion for team development, guest interest and focus, front- and back-of-house integration, and delivering consistent quality at every level. Duties Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and quality service. Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a high-performing team. Implement and uphold food safety standards in compliance with health regulations. Develop and execute staff engagement services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue. Monitor inventory levels while working with the kitchen operations to optimize productivity. Utilize POS system for efficient order processing and sales tracking. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee morale Skills Proven experience in hospitality management with a focus on customer service & staff management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate/ encourage staff. Expertise in training development and staff training methodologies. Knowledge of large party, catering operations and customer service excellence. Familiarity with practices of food safety regulations.
