Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Manager specializing in breakfast service to lead our morning dining operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the preparation, presentation, and service of breakfast offerings, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from the moment they arrive. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and maintain efficient restaurant operations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the breakfast service team to deliver high-quality food and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize operational efficiency. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy. Train staff on food handling procedures, customer service techniques, and safety protocols to foster a knowledgeable and motivated team. Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff, assigning duties, and ensuring smooth daily operations during breakfast hours. Maintain compliance with health regulations and implement best practices for food safety and sanitation standards. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and managing kitchen operations within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment. Strong background in restaurant management with supervisory experience in hospitality or food service management roles. Expertise in inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management to maximize profitability. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Exceptional customer service skills coupled with effective team management, training & development capabilities. Knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen management practices, and hospitality industry best practices. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.
