Responsibilities Manage daily food and beverage operations across all service areas, including casual dining, fine dining, catering, and bar services. Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to cultivate a high-performing team. Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety compliance to ensure quality standards are met consistently. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking. Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering, and waste reduction strategies. Conduct shift management duties including scheduling staff, monitoring service flow, and resolving customer issues promptly. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control initiatives. Implement food safety protocols in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Lead kitchen management efforts focusing on food production efficiency, culinary standards, and kitchen safety. Facilitate team training sessions on food handling, customer service excellence, and hospitality best practices. Qualifications Proven experience managing food and beverage operations within casual dining or fine dining environments. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary management. Demonstrated supervisory or managerial experience with team leadership capabilities. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required. Knowledge of inventory control procedures and food safety standards (including HACCP). Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and manage conflict resolution. Ability to perform basic math calculations related to budgeting, pricing, and P&L analysis. Experience in managing hospitality teams in high-volume settings such as restaurants or catering services. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
