Nanny/House Manager A warm and welcoming informal family in Sunny Isles, FL is seeking an experienced, caring, and dependable Nanny/House manager with cooking skills to assist with the care of their eight-year-old daughter and provide overall household management and support. The primary responsibility will be caring for their sweet, polite, and well-mannered daughter. The family recently relocated from the South and is settling into their new life in Miami. The ideal candidate will begin each morning by preparing breakfast for the father and child, helping their daughter get ready for school, and handling the school drop-off. Afterward, they will focus on maintaining the home's cleanliness and organization, including daily tidying, household management tasks, and running errands. Both parents are busy medical professionals who work from home. They are gentle, kind, and down-to-earth, and they value a calm, respectful, and supportive home environment. The right individual will be proactive and self-motivated, comfortable preparing simple lunches, snacks, and food prep for any meals needed. They should also take ownership of household management, such as maintaining household supplies (including placing online orders), overseeing light family-style laundry, and keeping the home neat and organized. This person should also coordinate with vendors or service providers as needed and provide flexible support for family needs during evenings and weekends. Most importantly, the family is looking for someone flexible and adaptable who can manage the household and family needs while working a schedule that may vary from week to week.

Responsibilities:

Childcare Morning routine support, including breakfast and school preparation School drop-off and pick-up Supervise and coordinate after-school programs and activities Assist with homework and support educational development Household Management & Home Care Oversee daily tidiness and ensure the home is clean and organized Prepare morning coffee and meals as needed (salads, snacks, dinner prep, or full meal prep when required) Support with family laundry and clothing organization Run errands and manage household inventory Place and track online orders for household supplies Coordinate access for vendors and service providers Provide flexible support for family needs, including evenings and weekends as required Qualifications Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality Warm, caring, and dependable with a proactive mindset Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage household systems Valid driver's license with excellent driving record Strong, verifiable references from previous employers Flexible availability to adjust hours and support the family as schedules shift week to week Bilingual preferred•English & Tagalog (not a requirement)

7:45 am•8:30 pm (with a mid-day break from 12:30 pm•3:00 pm)

Friday:

7:45 am•12:00 pm (2-3 times per month, extended to 2:15 pm•late evening as needed) If needed for a Friday evening or weekend, the schedule will be adjusted.
