Train, develop, schedule, and evaluate managers and hourly team members. Assist in scheduling, labor forecasting, and staffing optimization Lead pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing performance feedback Anticipate guest needs and resolve service concerns quickly and professionally. Build strong relationships with guests to cultivate repeat business and VIP clientele Ensure food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with company standards. Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, and restaurant profitability. Review P&L reports and identify opportunities to improve performance. Implement and enforce all company policies, procedures, and operational programs. Support commitment to being a premier BBQ brand and an excellent place to work. Required Skills and Experience Must have 2-years of Full-Service, Restaurant Management experience.
Pay:
