Maple Street Biscuit Company

Restaurant General Manager

Job Description

One shift. No nights. Ever. You'll run a Maple Street Biscuit Company store today, and you'll be the Leader who carries that team through our conversion to Biscuit Belly down the road. New concept, new menu, same great people. You won't be handed the change from the outside; you'll help build it from the inside. You make people feel taken care of: guests, Team Members, vendors, everybody. You lead from the floor, solve problems with calm and urgency, and clear the barriers so your team can do their best work. Chase Big. Keep It Fun. You push for excellence without losing the joy. You set big goals, celebrate wins loudly, and lead your team through the Biscuit Belly conversion with curiosity instead of white knuckles.
