Job Description
Job Overview The General Manager oversees the daily operations of social catering and special events. Ensuring high-quality guest experiences, efficient staff performance, and smooth event execution. Key responsibilities include supervising and mentoring catering and events staff, monitoring event calendars and closed dates, coordinating logistics for each event, liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies, managing budgets, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. Preferred qualifications include proven leadership experience in catering, hospitality, or event management, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, and familiarity with budgeting and scheduling.
Pay:
