Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized House Manager - Family Assistant to oversee the smooth operation of a private residence. This dynamic role involves managing household, coordinating events, providing exceptional childcare, and ensuring the home runs efficiently and harmoniously. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a welcoming environment for family members and guests alike. You will serve as a trusted partner in maintaining the residence's daily functions while delivering personalized support tailored to the family's needs. Responsibilities Perform household operations such as cleaning, laundry, maintenance, and property management to maintain a pristine and well-organized home environment Plan and execute family events, gatherings, and special occasions with attention to detail and hospitality excellence Provide childcare support by supervising children's activities, assisting with homework, preparing meals, and ensuring their safety and well-being Manage household schedules, appointments, errands, and administrative tasks with strong time management skills Oversee shopping, inventory management, and vendor relationships to ensure supplies are stocked and household needs are met promptly Maintain confidentiality while delivering exceptional customer service to family members and guests at all times Requirements Proven experience in personal assistant roles or house management within luxury residences or hotel environments Strong background in event planning, hospitality, or property management with excellent organizational skills Experience in childcare including supervising children's activities and providing age-appropriate care Skilled in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, laundry services, cooking, and general household upkeep Demonstrated ability to supervise household staff effectively while fostering a positive team environment Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure Familiarity with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing inventories, and vendor communications Knowledge of hotel standards of service combined with a customer-focused approach to household management Reliable transportation Ability to multitask and work independently Preferences Hospitality Experience Experience with Small Children/Sibling Care Retired or ability for Flexible Hours Arrangement Join us in creating a warm, efficient, and welcoming home environment where every detail matters.
