Now Hiring:
General Manager - Farm & Flame Farm & Flame is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team and oversee daily operations. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, professional, organized, and passionate about hospitality, food quality, and building a strong team. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations for both front of house and back of house Lead, train, schedule, and support staff Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, food quality, and guest experience Manage inventory, ordering, food costs, labor costs, and daily sales Handle cash management, POS systems, and end-of-day reports Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health department standards Resolve guest and staff issues professionally and efficiently Help create a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment Requirements Previous restaurant management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with scheduling, inventory, cost control, and staff training Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Experience in casual dining, fine dining, or high-volume restaurants preferred Food Safety Manager Certification is required to be considered for this position
