As our Assistant General Manager, you'll play a key role in nearly every aspect of the restaurant, including: Leading shifts and supporting the team throughout service Opening and closing the restaurant Training, coaching, and developing employees Delivering exceptional guest experiences Assisting with kitchen operations, food preparation, and quality control Scheduling team members Helping with hiring and onboarding Inventory management and food ordering Cash handling and drawer reconciliation Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards Solving problems with professionalism and a positive attitude Jumping in wherever the team needs you This is a hands-on leadership position. We believe managers should never ask their team to do something they wouldn't do themselves. What We're Looking For Restaurant management or leadership experience is preferred, but we're ultimately looking for the right person.
