Partner seamlessly with the General Manager and Front-of-House (FOH) leadership to ensure flawless, synchronized service during peak blocks. What You Bring to the Table (Required Experience)
Proven Culinary Leadership:
5+ years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, premium entertainment venue, or dine-in theater concept.
Demonstrated success managing scratch-kitchen operations pushing high volumes (e.g., managing a kitchen generating $2M+ in annual food sales).
Team Development:
A track record of successfully hiring, training, and retaining BOH staff, reducing turnover through strong leadership.
Certifications:
Current ServSafe Manager certification (or equivalent state/local food safety certification) is required.
Technical Savvy:
Proficiency with modern restaurant tech, including POS systems, digital inventory/ordering platforms, and labor scheduling software.
Flexibility:
