What You'll Do As a Restaurant Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure our guests receive outstanding service every visit. Key Responsibilities ✔ Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts ✔ Coach, develop, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house team members ✔ Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards ✔ Drive guest satisfaction by resolving concerns and creating memorable experiences ✔ Monitor labor, food costs, waste, inventory, and cash controls ✔ Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and retention efforts ✔ Conduct restaurant inspections and operational walk-throughs ✔ Manage ordering, inventory counts, and vendor deliveries ✔ Complete administrative duties including audits, employee documentation, and reporting ✔ Step into operational roles when needed to support the team and maintain service standards What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant management experience Strong leadership and team development skills Experience managing labor, food costs, and operational performance Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain) Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred Experience Full-service restaurant experience Experience hiring, training, and developing hourly employees Strong understanding of P&L performance and cost controls Experience managing multiple shifts and high-volume operations Why Join Denny's?
