Full Time Shift E:
Mon - Fri (8am ~ 5pm) Responsibilities Manage raw material inventory to maintain optimal stock levels, ensure inventory accuracy, and establish effective safety stock policies. Forecast raw material requirements based on production plans and Bill of Materials (BOM), proactively identifying potential shortages and supply risks. Develop and implement strategies to minimize obsolete and slow-moving inventory while optimizing inventory performance. Oversee raw material receiving, storage, issuance, and inventory transactions, ensuring compliance with FIFO and Lot Traceability requirements. Optimize warehouse operations, space utilization, and material flow to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Develop and execute contingency plans to mitigate material supply disruptions, and coordinate with customers regarding supply constraints and recovery plans. Lead inventory audits and analyze inventory data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Supervise, coach, and develop material management personnel while managing team performance and accountability. Foster cross-functional collaboration with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, and other departments to support business objectives. Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), while leading process improvement projects to enhance overall material management performance.
