Base salary: $58,000-$62,500 Annual bonus potential: Up to $6,000 Profit sharing of 5%, eligibility after 1 year $20 a week gas stipend Comprehensive health and dental insurance Paid time off and vacation

Responsibilities:

Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service Work side-by-side with your team on the line during prep and peak service times Hire, train, and develop team members to build a strong, consistent staff Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory Oversee P&L performance and drive profitability Ensure an outstanding guest experience and handle customer concerns effectively

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual environment Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work the line and lead from the front Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including labor and cost control Proven ability to build, train, and retain a high-performing team Organized, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and leadership skills
