Job Description
Why Wendy's Day to day operations of a 1.5 million dollar restaurant. Shifts will fluctuate from 5:30am to midnight You will be managing between 3 and 13 employees per shift What you can expect Assistant Manager pay starts our at $27,500 paid hourly plus monthly bonus Co-Manager pay starts out at $30,000 paid hourly plus monthly bonus General Manager pa starts out at $38, 000 salary and monthly bonus Medical insurance available at all levels 2 weeks vacation / PTO available after 1 year / 3 weeks after 5 years What we expect from you Minumum High School education / prefer 2 years of college 3 years of management in the Restaurant Industry Strong communication skills Able to work 5 days 50 hours with 85% on your feet Team building background a plus Front of house Hospitality needed This job opportunity is with one of our many franchisees.
