Restaurant Operations Manager We're looking for a hands-on Restaurant Operations Manager to help lead a growing, community-driven restaurant group made up of four full-service concepts and one ice cream shop: Bar{n}: Booze & Bites

• ice cream, treats, and family fun This role is for a leader who loves restaurants, understands great hospitality, and knows how to build strong teams.

You'll work across our concepts to improve daily operations, develop managers and employees, maintain service standards, and help each restaurant perform at its best. What we're looking for: 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in casual to casual-fine dining A genuine customer-service heart and passion for hospitality Proven ability to train, coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards Ability to work effectively with multiple concepts and management teams Beverage, cocktail, wine, and bar knowledge is a strong plus A hands-on leadership style — willing to coach on the floor, solve problems, and lead by example We aren't a collection of cookie-cutter restaurants.
