What You'll Be Doing:
Assist the General Manager in leading all aspects of daily restaurant operations Coach, develop, and motivate both management and hourly team members Help drive sales growth while maintaining profitability Support labor management, food cost controls, inventory, and financial performance Ensure an exceptional guest experience through outstanding service and hospitality Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining top talent Maintain company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence Foster a positive culture built on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction Serve as the leader on duty and oversee restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence
What We're Looking For:
