Join our Popeyes family as a Restaurant General Manager and lead our team to success! As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you'll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring exceptional service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

▪ Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, scheduling and budget management.

▪ Ensure compliance with Popeyes company policies, procedures and standards, as well as local health and safety regulations.

▪ Drive sales and profitability through effective marketing strategies, upselling techniques, and cost control measures.

▪ Foster a positive work environment by coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to reach their full potential.

▪ Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

▪ Handle customer inquiries and complains with professionalism and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

▪ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development.

▪ Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

▪ 4 years minimum experience as a Restaurant General Manager in the quick-service or fast-food industry.

▪ 6 years minimum experience working in a QSR, preferably in chicken concepts. Popeyes experience is a PLUS.

▪ Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

▪ Strong business acumen with a focus on driving sales and profitability.

▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

▪ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

▪ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

▪ Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.

▪ ServSafe Certified

▪ Must have own vehicle

▪ Ability to work mornings, nights, weekends- 50-55 hours a week depending on restaurant needs.
