Overview Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team to oversee our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and hospitality management, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Previous restaurant management experience and ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification is required , along with a strong inclination to learn, must be able to direct others, understand what it takes to have the restaurant inspection ready, and attention to detail a must.

Duties:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, overseeing the kitchen, and ensuring quality service
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in compliance with regulations
• Interview, hire, train, and schedule employees to provide excellent customer service
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant management
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and catering practices
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficiency in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members

Responsibilities :

• Complete and hold to our Training Materials and Specifications.

Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service and uphold company policies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food production and timely delivery of orders.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems.
