The new General manager will work with leadership to hire, develop and motivate the new team of management and crew to deliver Hot food, Fast, with great enthusiasm and hospitality. The General Manager will develop and execute a plan focused on exceptional customer service and employee satisfaction. The General Manager will lead their team to deliver a great restaurant experience, operated by highly motivated people and delivering a reasonable profit. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Hiring, Manager Development, Scheduling, Training, Food Cost, P&L Projections and results. Tremendous opportunity with a growing restaurant company.
