Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to foster a high-performance environment Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards are met consistently across all menu items Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to maximize profitability Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and cash handling with accuracy Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to maintain a safe dining environment Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours Conduct regular staff training sessions on customer service excellence, food production, and operational procedures Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with strong leadership capabilities Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems including
TOAST POS
for sales transactions and reporting Strong understanding of inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling protocols Excellent communication skills for managerial communication, staff training, and customer interactions Ability to analyze profit and loss statements to inform budgeting and operational decisions Demonstrated experience supervising teams in hospitality or restaurant settings with a focus on team management and development Competency in managing hospitality teams across various roles such as culinary staff, servers, bartenders, and support personnel Basic math skills for cash handling, order accuracy, and inventory calculations Experience with catering or banquet services is a plus; familiarity with coffee or bar operations is advantageous Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Join us as we create memorable dining experiences through passionate leadership and exceptional service!
