GENERAL MANAGER

TRAINING PROGRAM

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Management Training Program , designed to prepare future leaders for successful restaurant management roles. This position begins with an approximately 5-week paid training program , offering hands-on experience, leadership development, and operational training. Upon successful completion of the program , candidates will be assigned to a restaurant location to manage daily operations and complete final approval for the General Manager role.

RESTAURANT HOURS OF OPERATIONS

Mondays

Saturdays:

5:00 a.m.

•3:00 p.m.

Sundays:

6:00 a.m.

•3:00 p.m.

RESTAURANT LOCATIONS

After successful training, you will be assigned to a restaurant location by ownership, which is based on business needs. Our restaurants are located in Austell, Canton, Carrollton, Cartersville, Dallas, Douglasville, Hiram, Kennesaw, Mableton, Marietta, Morrow, Norcross, Powder Springs, Rockmart and Villa Rica.

RESPONSIBILTIES

Interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, developing staff. Managing hiring and termination process. Maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize product waste. Complete inventory counts accurately and timely. Monitor food costs, inventory usage, shortages, and variances. Ensure proper ordering, receiving, storage and product rotation. Monitor daily sales performance and restaurant trends. Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. Manage labor and inventory in relation to sales. Meet established sales and operational performance goals. Maintain restaurant readiness for health inspections at all times. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements. Correct identified deficiencies immediately and prevent repeat violations. Giving direction, delegating, problem solving, resolving conflicts. Enforce and maintains adherence to policies and procedures. Controlling cash and making deposits. Produces fresh, high quality food. Responsible for new hire paperwork. Plans, organizes, prioritizes coordinates and Implements daily work schedules. Manage daily sales reports and inventory reports. Maintain attendance records. Issue and grade skills tests. Ensure outstanding customer service is given to all customers. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND JOB SKILLS

Strong customer service skills and thorough knowledge of restaurant operation. Ability to perform and train in all positions in the restaurant. Ability to organize own workload and workload of others. Show strong leadership qualities and maintain respect of team members, supervisors, and customers.

EDUCATION

High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent or technical training and/or related subject preferred.
