Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our BOH (back of the house) team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to recipes and guidelines
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers
• Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely manner
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using dishwashers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations Line Cooking, Prep food

Experience:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred
• Knowledge of food service principles and practices
• Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Basic knife skills for food preparation
