Location Statesboro Campus - Statesboro, GA Department Information Eagle Dining Services Job Summary The Assistant Manager will assist the General Manager with efficient and profitable operations. This position will provide leadership to assigned functions and events. Responsibilities

Hire, train, supervise and schedule staff

Monitor processes to ensure quality operations and customer satisfaction

Monitor and maintain sanitation and safety standards

Assist with inventory control procedures and operations

Required Qualifications Educational Requirements High School diploma Required Experience Three (3) or more years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications Preferred Educational Qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent vocational/technical training Preferred Experience Two (2) or more years of related work experience
