We are seeking a passionate, high-energy Clubhouse Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage team. As the Clubhouse Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of our dining room, bar, and patio areas. You will blend top-tier hospitality management with business savvy to create a welcoming, upscale environment for our members. Floor:
Oversee daily shift execution, greet members by name, and ensure service runs smoothly and efficiently. Build a
Top-Tier Team:
Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and inspire a dedicated front-of-house hospitality staff. Manage the
Business:
Control labor costs, monitor inventory, optimize menus, and manage the food and beverage budget.
Execute Events:
Collaborate with our Culinary and Events teams to host tournaments, private parties, and member socials.
Maintain Standards:
Enforce strict health, safety, sanitation, and liquor licensing regulations.
What We're Looking For Experience:
3+ years of restaurant, hospitality, or country club management experience.
