The ideal candidate will manage staff, maintain beverage and food quality, monitor inventory, support efficient operations, and create a welcoming experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily café operations and service activities Lead, train, and support café staff and baristas Coordinate daily staff assignments and service responsibilities Assist with scheduling and staffing needs Monitor coffee, beverage, and food quality and presentation Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality Handle guest questions, requests, and service concerns professionally Monitor inventory and assist with ordering coffee, food, beverages, and supplies Track product usage and help control operating costs Oversee POS operations and payment procedures Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary café areas Ensure team members follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Monitor opening and closing procedures Support beverage preparation and café service during busy periods Communicate operational needs and staffing concerns to management Assist with promotions, special events, and other café activities Perform additional management duties as assigned Requirements Previous café, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality management experience preferred Strong leadership and team-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of café operations and beverage service Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Experience with POS systems and cash-handling procedures Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Reliable, professional, and responsible work ethic Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Skills Café or restaurant management experience Barista or specialty coffee experience Staff scheduling and training experience Inventory and ordering experience Knowledge of food and beverage cost control Strong guest-service skills Ability to coach and develop team members Excellent time-management and decision-making skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Passion for coffee, hospitality, and café operations Benefits Benefits may vary based on position, location, employment status, and eligibility.
