Salary :
$75,000 - $85,000k base salary depending on experience, 15% bonus available Full time : On Site (Honolulu, HI)

Purpose :
Lead the full operation of Chubbies Burgers — managing people, systems, and daily execution to deliver an exceptional guest experience while driving the business toward its growth goals. Position :
General Manager - Lead, develop, & operate at the highest level Role Summary Operate the Chubbies Burgers location successfully with limited day-to-day involvement from the owner Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring, scheduling, training, and staff advancement Oversee all day-to-day store operations and ensure quality standards, business hours, and company policies are consistently met Run the weekly supervisor meeting and serve as the primary operational leader between ownership and the floor Drive system and procedure improvements and ensure communication is clear and timely across the team Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and cost controls to support store profitability Maintain high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, guest service, and team accountability Progress the business toward company goals and actively participate in management trainings
Key Responsibilities :
Post the weekly schedule on time, manage time-off requests, evaluate labor efficiency, and plan for future growth Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and new hire training; closely monitor probationary performance Conduct team member reviews, 1-on-1s, pre-shift meetings, and group trainings; prioritize employee retention and advancement Ensure all emergencies are handled, coverage issues are resolved quickly, and store hours are maintained without exception : Identify improvements, update SOPs, and communicate or retrain staff as needed Handle staff discipline, employee documentation, timesheet approval, and payroll submission Oversee daily vendor ordering, maintain inventory accuracy, manage costs, and build strong vendor relationships Coordinate repairs, ensure preventative maintenance is completed, and problem-solve for temporary solutions Submit regular reports, flag major issues, and maintain scheduled check-ins with ownership People / Culture Fit Embody and champion the company's Core Values in every decision and interaction: Reliable, Excellence in Service, CCC Vibe, Collaborator, Growth Mindset Foster a culture of accountability, open communication, and continuous improvement Lead with initiative, set an exceptional example for all staff on and off scheduled shifts Proactive, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure Qualifications Minimum 3+ years in a restaurant management or general manager role Proven ability to lead and develop hourly teams in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with scheduling, payroll, and inventory systems (7Shifts, Toast, or similar a plus) Experience with EOS or similar business operating frameworks is a strong plus Deep commitment to quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction A genuine desire to grow within the company and develop as a leader Basic administrative skills, including comfort with Word or Google Docs/Sheets and professional email communication Valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle for occasional use (mileage reimbursed) Does this sound like you?
