Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef, where your leadership and culinary expertise will drive the success of our food operations. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen management, from menu planning and food preparation to ensuring exceptional food safety standards. Your energetic approach and passion for fine dining will inspire your team to deliver memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel, ensuring efficient shift management and team collaboration Develop and implement innovative menus that highlight culinary creativity while maintaining cost control and inventory management standards Oversee food production processes, ensuring high-quality food handling, preparation, and presentation in line with food safety sanitizing procedures Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste and optimize food costs Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service delivery Train staff on food industry best practices, including dietary department requirements, food service management, and hospitality standards Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining and catering environments Proven supervising experience managing diverse kitchen teams in fast-paced settings Deep knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and proper food handling techniques Skilled in menu planning, food production, and cost control strategies to maximize profitability Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and motivating staff toward excellence Experience with inventory management systems and inventory control practices Strong understanding of restaurant management principles including shift management, food service operations, and hospitality standards Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and service excellence Familiarity with bartending or beverage service is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding journey where your culinary talents will shine!
