Shift Leader Duties and Responsibilities:

In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow Recognize and reward excellent performance Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation Motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out

Job Requirements:

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 35.0 per week
