What You'll Lead:

As the General Manager, you are responsible for overall restaurant performance, including: Creating an exceptional Guest experience through genuine hospitality Building, coaching, and developing a high-performing leadership team Driving sales growth and maximizing profitability Managing financial performance, budgets, and cost controls Overseeing all restaurant systems, POS, and back-office operations Ensuring excellence in food quality, safety, and beverage standards Maintaining a fun, positive, and accountable culture Leading by example — willing to roll up your sleeves and jump in when needed

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2+ years of restaurant experience At least 1+ year of management experience (General Manager experience preferred) Proven success leading and supervising teams Strong operational and financial acumen Track record of driving results in a high-volume environment Experience with restaurant systems and technology Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality POS and back-office computer proficiency High energy, strong multitasking skills, and a positive attitude Someone who works hard — and enjoys having fun doing it!
