Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week (Monday through Friday)Compensation :
$22 - $30 / hour (pay based on experience) About the Position We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented House Manager to help maintain a busy household and keep daily operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment and enjoys supporting a family through proactive household management. The House Manager will be responsible for cleaning, laundry, food preparation, grocery shopping, household organization, and general home upkeep. Responsibilities Household Cleaning & Organization- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the home
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and tidy living spaces
- Organize closets, pantries, storage areas, and household supplies
- Keep the home neat, orderly, and guest-ready Food Preparation
- Wash, clean, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables
- Assist with meal preparation and ingredient preparation
- Prepare occasional soups and other simple home-cooked dishes
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Monitor pantry and refrigerator inventory Laundry & Household Linens
- Wash, dry, fold, iron, and put away clothing and linens
- Organize closets and manage seasonal clothing rotation
- Ensure garments and specialty fabrics are properly cared for Groceries & Household Shopping
- Shop for groceries and household essentials
- Maintain inventory of food, cleaning products, and household supplies
- Restock items as needed and anticipate future household needs
- Coordinate deliveries and errands when necessary Household Upkeep
- Monitor the overall condition of the home
- Identify and communicate maintenance needs
- Coordinate with service providers and contractors as needed
- Assist with household projects and seasonal tasks Qualifications
- Previous experience in house management, housekeeping, household assistance, or a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- High attention to detail
- Professional, trustworthy, and discreet
