Oversee kitchen management tasks such as food production, culinary execution, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. Implement cost control measures and manage financial operations to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Ensure compliance with health regulations, sanitation procedures, and food safety protocols across all areas of the restaurant. Handle shift management by scheduling staff efficiently, monitoring performance, and fostering a positive team environment. Cultivate excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Skills Proven experience in restaurant management with strong leadership capabilities in managing hospitality teams. Extensive knowledge of food industry practices including cooking, food preparation, and kitchen management. Skilled in managing food service operations such as POS systems, catering services, banquet events, and dietary department requirements. Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation procedures. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence and team collaboration. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple responsibilities including shift scheduling, cost control, and financial oversight. Familiarity with culinary techniques across various cuisines along with experience in managing food production and beverage services like bartending or coffee shop operations.
