We want someone who wants to build one. That means building a great team, creating loyal customers, and becoming known in the local community. A big part of your job will happen outside the restaurant. You'll meet nearby businesses, gyms, schools, offices, dealerships, and community organizations and introduce them to Konala. You'll build catering relationships, recurring lunch orders, and local partnerships. Inside the restaurant, you'll: Recruit and develop a great team Create energy and accountability Deliver an excellent customer experience Own the restaurant's results Help establish the culture for future Konala locations You don't need to have spent your entire career in restaurants.
